Tucson Junk Pickup is an independent referral service for junk removal in Tucson and Pima County, built and run by Cyrus Ray of FASTER AI, a Phoenix, Arizona web-services business (contact: fastr.ai.007@gmail.com, 602-793-3863). We built this site to give Tucson property owners one clear place to get an insured local company on the phone — without wading through directories and out-of-state lead forms.
How we are paid
You pay nothing. The insured company that receives calls from this site pays us a flat monthly fee for the referrals — never a percentage of your job, and never anything that depends on what you decide. The contractor's estimate is between you and them.
We only refer to insured local companies; you receive the company's name before any work is scheduled. Arizona does not license this kind of work, so ask for the insurance certificate rather than a licence number. The contractor is responsible for the estimate, the work and its warranty. We do not perform the work and we do not charge you anything. Tucson Junk Pickup does not do the work; every referral names the insured local company that will, before anyone comes out. Every page is written and edited by Cyrus Ray of FASTER AI — the site's operator and researcher, not an engineer or a contractor. The sources are the City of Tucson Environmental Services pages for the Los Reales Sustainability Campus rate sheet, the Household Hazardous Waste program and Brush and Bulky; the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality for the outside-city-limits rules, the waste tire program and the county's list of landfills and transfer stations; the Town of Sahuarita and Town of Oro Valley pages for their own trash arrangements; the National Weather Service Tucson office for monsoon figures; the EPA's Section 608 appliance-disposal rules; each donation organization's own donation page; and published national cost guides plus Tucson curbside price lists for the cost guide. AI tools help with drafting and structure; every fact is checked against those sources before it is published, and each guide shows the date it was published.
